I ordered a tray to go on (my already bought) footstool. It wasn’t a standard size as shown on the website so I dropped an email to ask if they could make a bespoke size. Absolutely great customer service they called me to discuss exactly what my needs were and I placed an order. It was delivered a couple of weeks later and I have to say I’m so delighted with it - it’s a fabulous centre piece for the room. I’d highly recommend them - great customer service with an excellent product..
Excellent website. Plenty of choice (also do bespoke). Sent for material samples before ordering which arrived within a couple of days. Given a 2 hour time slot for delivery which was in time. Item was very well packaged and secure. Delighted with the quality of my footstool. Definitely recommend this company.

Excellent quality and service with a timely delivery. The staff were extremely amenable. In advance - a great range of fabrics and designs to choose from ending with a bespoke piece which we are very happy with abs fits in perfectly. The added cost of having a bespoke footstool re: specific sizing was very reasonable and affordable.
