After 15 days of pleading with them to swap or refund for delivery of damaged IPHONE, the person on whatsapp everyday saying we are arranging pickup but all was fake and in the last he said you canceled the pickup whereas no one contacted me for pickup and refund is not possible! Don't be fooled by their so called customer service before you purchase from them, after purchase you are on your own , so becarefull!
