After two weeks of pleading with them to swap or refund for delivery of damaged products, they contacted me after seeing my review which is all PR. You have all my emails and contacts and address. Replace the phone or refund me, which I don't think you will anyway. Don't be fooled by their good customer service before you purchase from them, after purchase you are on your own.
