I am absolutely thrilled with the Valentines calla Lilly arrangement I received ….. the best part is … it’s the 17th March and they are still beautiful! A month!!!! Lovely smell fading and foliage just about going, but nobody can believe the flowers are still alive! Incredible! Very securely wrapped as I recall too. Amazing. Thank you!

I would say looks average to be honest. Some do not last long at all. Delivery is on time, nothing wrong there and customer service is pretty good. But would I recommend them, can’t be sure to be honest. Likelihood is I will cancel the subscription.

Placed order, 2hrs later it had been posted with tracking. Brilliant! Unfortunately Royal Mail then let it down by not fulfilling their next day delivery, in fact the tracking read returned to sender as incorrect address, this was a lie because they delivered the following day . The flowers looked lovely still, but despite following instructions, the peonies died after two days. ☹️. I hold Royal Mail responsible for this. I felt the company was outstanding in its ordering service and the bouquet looked liked the online picture. I would order from them again.

I needed sunflowers for a special occasion. Flowers by Flourish were the only suppliers (after a long internet and local search) who could guarantee these particular flowers, in late February, which is well out of season. They arrived in perfect condition, easily the best-packaged flowers I have ever received, and in very good time. The recipient was thrilled and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you. UPDATE: half of the sunflowers are still perky two weeks later. Marvellous.

Although I did not see the flowers that I had delivered, the recipient admitted they were beautiful. They arrived within the time frame as per your confirmation email. I thank your staff for all their efforts and rest assured I will be using your services again. I have another order awaiting delivery and I am sure this order will be met with the same excellent service as before.

The flowers I receive monthly are always unusual and last about three weeks with frequent water changes! I absolutely love the choice of each months selection - truly beautiful and oh so colourful. Joyous! Thank you :)

The flowers arrived a week after the proposed delivery date ... Apparently the flowers got lost in the Medway Royal Mail depot system and a replacement bunch was sent out which is why they were so late. Since the recipient didn't know they were receiving flowers it took a long time to sort out but Flowers by Flourish tried their best.

I ordered white & green tulips + cream ranunculus for family & they were beautiful when they arrived. Ordering was so easy, delivery was fast & my family were delighted with the gorgeous Netherland flowers. I’ll definitely be using them again.

These flowers were a gift for my sister, they arrived today and she tells me they are very beautiful and arrived in the best of health, just starting to emerge. Wonderful. My reasons for not awarding 5*'s are: 1, I declined the vase but was charged for it. 2, I was asked to name a day for delivery, which I did, 29th February, the flowers arrived today 2nd March. I know I was to allow 48 hours grace, but without the tracking I was in the dark. 3, it was stated they would be Royal Mail tracked, I never received any tracking and had no idea when or even if the flowers were being delivered. But the flowers, they are most definitely, fit for purpose, my sister's favourite flower and absolutely beautiful.

I purchased a 12 month subscription as a gift for my Mum who is 80 and has everything she could ever need but loves flowers & plants. Mum has had 3 deliveries so far and has been delighted with the selection of plants. She is a keen gardener and says the plants arrive in perfect condition and are healthy and ready to be planted (weather permitting). The added bonus is that I can get delivery to Northern Ireland at no extra cost. A brilliant service which I have recommended to several people.

I recently ordered a bunch of fresh roses and I couldn't be happier with the service. The delivery was prompt and I was kept well updated throughout the process. The roses themselves were stunning, of high quality, and beautifully arranged. They arrived right on time, which was crucial for me, and I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking for top-notch floral arrangements. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention that my flowers are still alive and beautiful 😍 on my display table 2 weeks in from delivery.

I found the website to be very easy to use, if a little slow, but straightforward. When the flowers arrived I was initially disappointed but realised fairly quickly that it was because the flowers were closed, once they were in the vase we could almost see them opening before our eyes. The flowers were superb quality and am happy to have ordered them. My only criticism is that the Royal Mail delivery let them down, I ordered a week ahead so there was plenty of time for the appropriate arrangements to be made. My flowers arrived a day late. If Royal Mail doesn't deliver within 24 hours then perhaps the flowers should be with them earlier or another delivery method used. I gave plenty of time when placing my order but it still arrived a day late.

I found the website very easy to use. It was also helpful about when to order to achieve the delivery date. When the flowers were dispatched I was kept fully informed about their journey and expected delivery time. This enabled me to tell the recipient when to expect the parcel. The flowers were perfect, the recipient was delighted with them. They continued to be beautiful for the next three weeks

The cream freesias I ordered arrived on time and were of good quality with lovely long stems, nicely arranged and were protected from the packaging. Over the next day or so the freesias all began to come out and my friend told me that they smelt divine! Prompt and efficient service and all in all I will definitely be using your service again.

I live in NZ the flowers are for my mother. Sadly a few days before they were due for delivery my mother was admitted into care. However, an email with quick response ensured she still got the flowers. Beautiful, fresh and very well received. Thanks team.

I bought Blue Anemones as a birthday present and they were beautiful, such lovely long stems. They arrived as promised and perfectly packed. Would recommend Flourish every time as I have bought flowers in quite a few occasions. Thanku.

The flowers and bouquets delivered were absolutely fabulous. When the requested colour wasn’t to their standard, the team called me and sent photos of an alternative to check if I would prefer the option. All communications exceptionally professional and added value. The flowers all lasted more than 10 days (despite the heating being full strength in winter). Definitely recommend and am now a loyal and devoted customer.

Great customer service! I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend however they never bloomed and then died, this was very disappointing so I emailed in and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out as soon as they had them in stock with no extra charge, this was made easy and offered a great customer service I couldn’t give more positive feedback

Lilies arrived on time and in perfect condition. They opened exactly as expected and lasted for more than 2 weeks, kept in a cool location away from direct sunlight. I changed the water and cut the stems every few days. Very pleased with this supplier and will order again. Thank you.
