definitely not satisfied with the products and the service. Ordered matte flat bags, the bags where anything but matte. When I called the support they said that their matte one is in fact quite glossy and not matte. So why do they call it matte then?? moreover, the colors where completely off and wasn't anything like the design I provided. I followed the design guidelines and color settings as requested in the guideline. It is not my first time getting a print job for this design and I never had a mismatching color like this. It was a test order of 100pcs, not a big deal financially, but it's just annoying that it put me a few weeks behind in my agenda... Also worth mentioning, nobody replied on the chat support, once I got someone on the phone she wanted me to send pictures vie email so they can inspect it but even after following up, they didn't get back to me. I was hoping that they could check if something went wrong and I was willing to reorder if they were able to provide me what I wanted initially. Anyways I didn't get a reply and I didn't have the time to wait forever so I got a new supplier. I should have checked the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. good lesson for next time.

1 mois d'attente et je n'es toujours pas reçu le colis !!! C'est l'âmentable lorsqu'on voit les tarifs que nous payons , et l'option ''expresse' que j'ai du payé... J'ai du trouvé une autre solution comme les doyspacks personnalisé ne sont pour l'instant pas arrivé (J+42)

UPDATE - We were offered a quick and good solution for this issue. We were printed the bags again, for free. The printing is wrong. We ordered 600 bags with our designs and they all came with part of the art cut on the euroforo, while on the template we've sent and that was provided by Flexie, the euroforo cut wasn't in the same place as it is on the printed bags. Meaning, on the illustrator file was correct but in reality they've cut that part of the design with the euroforo. The part of the art that wasn't supposed to be cut is text which makes it even worse. We've contacted customer support for a solution but haven't received any answer yet.

Prodotto arrivato con una settimana di ritardo nonostante abbia telefonato più volte per sollecitare. Le buste sono state stampate a bassa risoluzione con effetto finale sfocato e poco definito. Inoltre quando sono arrivate non ci servivano più
Tardan más de un mes en servir. Calidad de impresión pésima y un servicio horroroso. Para lo que ofrecen son carísimos. Si no quieres tener que estar preocupándote continuamente de cuando llegará tu pedido, mejor ve a otro sitio.
Devo dire che questo sistema funziona! ci ha permesso di realizzare delle tisane in confezioni biodegradabili con una grafica eccezionale! rapidi veloci e con una buona e insolita elasticità verso le esigenze del cliente.
