Cela fait bientôt un mois et demi que je contacte le service clientèle pour demander ma facture suite à ma commande et il est impossible d'avoir une réponse et donc la facture. Service client inexistant, je ne suis pas sûre de recommander chez Flexie.

Not the quality tea bags I expected. The plastic seems a little off.

Honestly, if you plan to work with this company you’ll need to buy the extra €15 design aid even if you have perfect designs. It is the only way to see if they ruined the quality of your designs or not. I’ve ordered many times from this company and recently was sent the worst quality printed bags from them. You can’t read the font and they sent the wrong product type. I’m so disappointed in my service and hope they fix up.

Valoramos muy positivamente el trabajo con Flexie pero no damos mas estrellas porque las facturas no se remiten automáticamente . Hay que pedirlas, a veces de forma repetida. Administrativamente es un poco problemático. Se agradecería, como otras empresas, un sistema automatizado de facturación que evite problemas al cliente.

Siempre encargaba mis doypacks en Flexie. Esta vez nos decepcionados mucho. Para empezar el envío se atraso muchísimo. Ayer recibí los doypacks y hay un diseño que el color está muy fuera de tono y mirando los 3 diseños están mal impresos, como que el diseño se movió de lugar y hay elementos que no están en su lugar

Getting the initial sample pack was a great help in deciding the type and size of the stand up pouch I wanted to use. Excellent communications with the Flexie staff who answered my questions and concerns. The pouches I ordered look great and I will order more in the future. Overall the complete experience from initial contact to delivery of the ordered product was awesome.
