Delivery was very quick however it took over 2 weeks to get it picked up and numerous calls and emails asking for it to be collected which was disappointing

When we ordered our skip, it was ordered for the 1st of May, it didnt arrive until the 2nd so had to end up taking a second day out of work. When we filled the skip, which only took a day, we called to have it collected and was told they will get someone out to us. Then we waited for almost 2 weeks and it still hadnt been moved, we attempted twice to email to ask what was happening, but it wasnt until our third email that we got a response. On the third email we were told they were backed up due to the bank holiday. We explained that this wasnt communicated to us and had it been we would have been more understanding but they said that it would be done ASAP as priority because of the amount of time we had already been waiting. 3 days after that email was sent the skip was finally collected. We are happy it’s finally been shifted but we still are obviously left with a very bad taste in our mouths so to speak. We have updated the score from 1 star to 2 but the fact is that we still had a very bad experience with the fletchers and we wont be going with them again for skip hire due to the experience we have had.
Very good company to deal with easy ordering and straightforward collection. Well mannered and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

Had numerous skips of this company over the past few weeks. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are absolutely spot on. One of the drivers made my awkward collection look like a breeze. Easy to book online also.
This is the second time we have used Fletchers waste management to hire a skip. Ordering online was straight forward with a very good website- easy to follow. The delivery lorry and skip were clean .The driver was very efficient and cheerful placing the skip exactly where we wanted it. Overall very pleased with the service,would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future,

Dreadful company since being taken over 2 weeks ago. Damaged the property and take no responsibility. Late dropping off by 9 hours, I had to chase them on 2 occasions. The receptionist lied about calling us as didn’t have the number for the person she said she called. Refuse to reply to emails or return phone calls. When they did finally return a call all their facts are incorrect and the attitude is ignorant. Avoid at all costs. May be cheaper than the rest but with the damage they cause ended up paying twice!!

After I hax ordered online they called me back and asked if I wanted it a day earlier which was great.
Skip was left on my drive for weeks and not being collected, constantly given pathetic excuses as to why it hasn’t been collected If you want fletchers to use your drive as storage, go ahead and hire a skip with them, otherwise stay well away!! Update: I’ve had multiple skips from Hopkinson waste, the customer service is like night and day, I highly recommend Hopkinson waste, a more reputable company
I can't really give a better rating when the job has not been completed. The skip bin is late being collected so only half the job has been done and it still being with me meant the home owner could not come home today as their wheel chair access is blocked.

Came in the morning. The person dropping it off was friendly and managed to put it on my drive with no trouble. Cheapest I could find for the size we needed :)
