Absolutely awful. Firstly skip has gaping holes so rubbish was falling out. Didn't pick the skip up when they should. Despite calling twice after the collection date I still had to wait a week after that for collection. Customer service are extremely rude. Have used plenty of skip companies before and never had a problem.

Rubbish company, do not use them for domestic skip here. Ordered a skip for the Monday and it didn’t turn up. Promised by customer support I would have a skip for the next day and once again it didn’t arrive. Applying customer service and no response apart from we can give you a refund. No discount offered. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend to anyone needing a reliable skip hire.

Can't fault Fletcher's at all. Dropped the skip off before 7am on the day and collected with no fuss - neither time I was in the house. Had to contact them over a collection query and they were nothing but helpful. Genuinely about to book another skip from them.

Great service and price for the skip, ordered one day, delivered the next. Just can't seem to get it collected, rang 6 days ago, was told 3-5 days, still no collection. Even emailed after 5 days, not received any response! JUST ANSWER MY EMAIL AND COLLECT THE SKIP
