The skip was delivered on schedule,was the size I had ordered and was put in a suitable place. the delivery driver even phoned me to discuss where best to put it. When I needed to extend the time we had the skip for this was done very efficiently with a quick phone call. the skip was collected on time too and all in all it was a very smooth and efficient service. Website also gives clear information about what can and cannot be put in the skip which is very helpful to know.

Skip was delivered really quickly, but unfortunately it was not collected for over 2 weeks. I emailed (as requested) to say skip was ready for collection 2 days after it was delivered but following several phone calls and a promise of collection that never happened, it finally got collected this morning. Disappointed to say the least.

We booked a replacement skip from Fletchers to one of our jobs today. The road is a busy one and when the driver, Dean arrived at around 1pm, there was nobody on site and there was a car parked tight up to the full skip. Rather than leaving and coming back another day, Dean phoned me directly to inform me of the problem and made the effort to try the neighbours. He managed to get the car moved and replace the skip meaning the lads could crack on at work. Excellent customer service. Much appreciated!

Very help full I ordered the wrong size skip and when they brought it and we said it was to small then swapped it for us no problem. When we rang to say we wanted it picking up they came the next morning
