This is the 3rd time I have hired a skip from Fletcher's over the past couple of years. Online ordering is great, delivery is always on time and the drivers are so friendly. They even give you a call to say they are on their way. Overall I have found the service first class and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
In my opinion, the best sign of a good company is not that they always get it right (as no company is that good) but rather, when they get it wrong, how they redeem themselves. Fletchers delivered the wrong sized skip (too small), but had the right one swapped out within the hour. That is good service.

I ordered the wrong size skip and it wasn't no problem for them and a refund was quickly returned. Pick up of the skip was fast and no fuss Would definitely use again and recommend
Ordered the skip and it was delivered quickly. Left on my drive in the correct place. Once we had finished with it, they collected it again with no fuss and relative ease. We have used them a few times and they are not too expensive either.

After waiting for two days for a car to take the skip from the house, no one turned up dispute the fact that I phoned mid-day asking what time they’re coming. very very poor attitude to customers.
