Amazing service great costumer service
I placed an online order with Flavour Vapour yesterday morning. I found the website was very easy to navigate and had no problem setting up an account. Having decided what I wanted, I placed my order. Once again, no problem with payment. Within a couple of minutes I received an email confirming my order, and within the hour I received another email informing me that my order had been despatched. It arrived this morning. The packaging was excellent, the order was correct and it was delivered in perfect condition. Absolutely first class service, I cannot recommend Flavour Vapour highly enough. I will definitely use their services again.

Flavour vapour really pulled it out the bag for me today!! As I only use the basics on ipad, I put an order in Saturday morning paid for Saturday delivery thinking it would come Saturday. I never thought to look for shipping terms and conditions. So Sunday evening I sent a crappy email having a right go !! Daniel being totally professional (unlike me) senot me a nice email saying that they would refund the difference and send it next day. I couldn't work out how to reply so I phoned and spoke to shayne , also very professional, he has sent it on next day for me. They both went above and beyond for me! Thank you very much to Daniel and Shayne for rising above a crappy email and phone call.
I am very happy with each order that i have placed with this company. if my order becomes out of stock they will kindly contract and say so and happy to help with anything like replacements etc . sometime i would find a small bag of sweets or a face mask within my order which is lovey .
