I have been a customer for many years in plymouth and more recently taunton. On my first visit to taunton i was very please to see the girls from plymouth were managing the shop and even recognised me.they have always been freindly and helpful and very knowledgable of all your products.there is no hard sell tactics and you get what you need at the best price. During the lockdown i have used the website to order products quite easy to use and delivery on time and quick. I did order the wrong atomisers once but there was no problem exchanging them for the correct ones.if possible could more information on certain items compatability with each other be available? This would not have happened if the shop had been available at the time. I have always had an excellent service from all your staff and would and have often reccomended flavour vapour to friends. Thankyou for the service over this difficult last year and I'm very pleased that you have provided an excellent service.

Great service fast deliver

Brilliant company! Ordered on the Sunday of a bank hol weekend. Order processed and shipping notification before lunch on the Tuesday when they reopened. I purchased over the free UK first class delivery threshold. Arrived Thursday morning. Also contacted them by email for advice and Daniel has been amazing and super helpful. Definitely recommend and will use again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
