Once again Royal Mail failed to deliver next day (after I paid for next day delivery). Flavour Vapour sorted me out. Had to call the online delivery number to get options. In the end Royal Mail failed to deliver next day, but fv gave me back my six quid for next day delivery, after Royal Mail failed to deliver as promised. FV said if my order did not turn up "next day" as promised by RoyalMail, then they would send out a replacement order. It did not come to that, my order turned up Tuesday. I ordered Thursday the previous week. Fv gave me a refund on my 6 quid next day delivery. Thanks Daniel at fv online orders. Royal Mail sucks!
This is an absolute fantastic company . Recently Royal Mail lost a delivery and Flavour V replaced FOC which they didn’t need to do . We have used them regularly and they are always brilliant.
