The guys at Modwen Road Flavour Vaper are really lovely so helpful and they make you feel at ease they don't rush you they give you all the time you need, my partner and I don't go anywhere else now.
I am normally very happy with the service and variety of products which is great. I unfortunately o paid extra for express delivery, next day and this is this the second time I've waited days dor my order to arrive, although I got confirmation of goods shipped. This is probably not down to flavour vapour as I would recommend them as a company.

Customer service with this company is second to none. When my order hadn't arrived (royal mails fault not theirs) I had a very quick response from flavour vapour and a second order sent out that day which arrived the next day. Their delivery is incredibly quick normally and even told me to keep the original order if it arrived on them! God if only other businesses had this incredible service and care for their customers. Absolute first class and highly recommend!
