Excellent service aside from the fact that they use TNT as their courier. For us on the Isles of Scilly that means they charge "overseas" rate. Needless to say we are part of the UK, so this annoys.

A quick turn round for my orders. I was disappointed that it was not made clear that when specifying Inglefield clips they were only the two attaqched to the flag and I had to order two more ( there weren't any on the lanyard) at extra expense for postage.
