Excellent flag - arrived quickly & as we expected
Off the highest quality and, what was important, quick delivery.
Was actually very disappointed with this flag. I suppose the quality was acceptable for the price paid but the actual colouring of the flag was very pale and, therefore, the pattern was not at all clear. I did not like the fact that the flag is almost transparent.

I ordered a swiss flag 135 x135cm after chatting to you on the phone to ensure it was the right size for a 6-7m flagpole. I received an e mail confirmation then a 70 x 70 flag arrived which is obviously far too small but have been charged for the bigger flag. I return to Switzerland tomorrow so now have to leave my friends here in the UK to return it. Update: All sorted efficiently by Charlotte Towers at FF&B. Mistakes happen!

I ordered the Union Flag and the European Union flag on Monday 22nd July it hasn't arrived yet so I can't give it a review. I don't know what condition it is in nor how long it took to deliver. What I do know is that I find it extremely irritating to be asked to review a product that I haven't even received. No doubt you won't be publishing this review in your list of reviews.
