If it could be awarded, this would be a 4.5 star review, reflecting that the experience was very good but not quite perfect! I had not used this retailer before but, reassured by its very good reviews, I bought a Rado watch advertised at an excellent price. It arrived promptly but unfortunately without full documentation, notably the warranty card (which helps to prove authenticity) and which should be stamped and dated by the retailer at point of sale. I contacted FCW by phone and e-mail and I can confirm that their customer service was quick to answer and attentive. However the document could not be found which resulted in a new one having to be obtained from Rado, a total delay of a month, during which time I did not wear the watch in case it had to be returned. In fairness some of this delay was probably down to Rado and my experience may be isolated. My thanks to Rowland who helped to sort out the issue. None-the-less it is not unreasonable to expect that watch and documentation should be checked to ensure all is correct at the point it is sent out to a customer. In many respects the evidence of a good retailer is in its customer service, the attention given to problems and the persistence in finding solutions (along of course with keen pricing!). From my experience, despite the hiccups, I would be happy to use this retailer again and recommend them to others.

First watch brought form First class watches. Recommend from a you tube video i watched. Wasn't disappointed at all the watch arrived fast, perfect condition packaging. And they even set the time for me now thats what I call service. I would definitely recommend them. Best company I have delt with for ages. I will be buying again soon. Still searching on the website. That is also very easy to get to what you want.. cant fault them on anything. Keep up the great work guys. I was very very happy with my watch!!

If you don't buy your watch from FCW you've missed out! You've missed out on the best price! ("Make us an offer" feature is genius!) You've missed out on great service. (Watch arrived on chosen day) (1st watch returned - refund of watch & postage was faultless & immediate!) (Personal touch with great comms on WhatsApp, speaking with numerous staff on updates etc.) You've missed out on a truly 1st class aftersales service (pun intended) (I decided to purchase an additional strap for my watch which is not yet available in stores - not a problem for the team @ FCW) They contacted the manufacturer in Switzerland and had one sent to me. Brilliant!) Massive well done to FCW and all the team who make it exactly that, 1st class!

Absolutely brilliant, from placing my order to receiving my new Alpina automatic watch. The sale price was just too good to miss. The watch is everything I'd hoped it would be, it's superb in every detail. I placed an order on 8th October and I received it on 9th October. That is incredibly fast dispatch and delivery as I reside in Northern Ireland!! It was my Birthday on 9th October so it couldn't have been delivered on a better day.😊 I was happy to place an order with First Class Watches as I noted they use Royal Mail for their deliveries as I am well aware of the horror stories connected to one other particular Courier Company. My watch was very well boxed/packaged and arrived in perfect, unmarked condition, with all plastic coverings on watch case and bracelet intact too. The updates from order to delivery were great both from FCW and Royal Mail so tracking my order was easy. The only problem I had was selecting a watch from the vast number of watches available to choose from!! I found the FCW site to be very easy to navigate, with photos and spec very informative making my final decision easier. So thank you First Class Watches, from a very happy customer.👏👏👍👍
