Very poor delivery service. Half if my order was delivered. Waiting for rest of the order. I went by good reviews posted, which is misleading.

My initial review was a very low rating over a delayed refund due to a non-stock item. However after recent follow up with my banking the error was on my side / bank and repayment had been made within the stated timeframe of the cancellation notice! The staff and Emma in the finance / commerce section were always quick to respond to enquiries and had processed the refund correctly. 4 star as the website was not up to date showing item out of stock.

Excellent service but then sent an unsolicited marketing email with no opt-out. This for me trashes their reputation. I will use a competitor in the future. Update: The reply from Fire Protection Shop is incorrect and misleading. There was no unsubscribe link in the email which is what led me to leave the review. Mistakes happen, but not admitting them, apologising or taking responsibility shows the character of their organisation.

Excellent customer service

I looked at Google of various suppliers of Water Cylinders. I was put on to sales department. Linda was helpful, the price was the best out of what I had seen. After some thought I ordered 4 water cylinders, pre tested and delivered within the time.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, however when I called them to find out where my order was, the lady on the phone just kept saying it has been delivered and she had the proof of delivery. I said but we did not receive our order, she kept implying that it is not their problem that we did not receive the order as it was signed for (by a person that we don't know at the wrong location). She was so adamant that Fire Protection is not responsible for the order anymore. That's not the way to treat customers when they haven't received their order. I eventually found the order delivered to the opposite industrial estate. Looking at the shipping label it was not the address that I had provided when I placed the order. Very poor customer service, very irresponsible. After reading the response to my review above, you can see what a poor company this is. Still saying that the address is correct!!! The address on the shipping label is not the one provided by me when I ordered it!!! You cannot dispute that!!!

The company was excellent in their communication from start to finish. The website was easy to use and we had updates and tracking for our delivery, which arrive promptly. Thank you
