Apologies first of all for the previous under par review, as a first time customer receiving a part order was not helpful to us but a lot of help by Elliott and we have a happy resolve, many thanks for everything you have done to help us and arrange the returns and a replacement order of stock items we are all happy, I have asked trust pilot to delete the previous review, look forward to using filter finder again.
Our enduser customer needed filters that were generally on a 12 week leadtime.Thanks to Elliot we were offered and supplied a direct equivelent filter to resolve our important long standing customers panic. Thanks Elliot Regards Henryk

SPOKE TO ELLIOTT IN THE FIRST AND LAST INSTANCE AND NOTHING BUT HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FROM SOMEBODY DOING THE SAME JOB I FELT IT WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. TOO MANY COMPANIES PUT OBSTACLES IN THE WAY AND SEEM LIKE ANTI SALES BUT FILTER FINDER WERE EXCELLENT.
