I paid for next day delivery, the item never stated it was out of stock and it took 4 days for the item to arrive costing my company money and if I was aware the item was out of stock I would have ordered else where

I put an order in with another company who gave me an expected delivery date of 3 weeks for one of the filters. a quick internet search turned up FilterFinder and I had the filter within 3 days at a fraction of the price. Nonostante avessi già pagato on line sia il prodotto che il trasporto con DHL. DHL mi ha chiesto un ulteriore pagamento per lo sdoganamento di circa € 34.17. Avessi saputo prima del costo di sdoganamento avrei evitato l'acquisto on line. Acquistando in loco avrei risparmiato il 40%. Di tale costo non si fà menzione fino alla spedizione. Se ne viene a conoscenza quando il primo pagamento è già avvenuto.
