Quality products, as promised delivery (4-5 working days for within the EU). They are indeed a bit slow on replying to e-mails or tickets, however if you call them, they are very helpful and will provide all of the needed info without delay.
Says 24/48 hour delivery on site. I have waited for 6 weekdays now, and it still says "Awaiting Shipment". How long am I supposed to be waiting here? Also, I sent a message through their website, asking what the delay is about. The message system declares a 24/48h response, yet its been 3 days and no response. Seriously pay attention to things you promise, and actually keep the promises. *Changed rating to 4 stars from 1 star, for fast and informative reply.
