Top kwaliteit spullen en zeer goede service!
Toch maar weer mijn review opnieuw plaatsen. Bestelling gedaan voor de kerst en nooit gekregen. Na 3 mails 1 sms en 2 x bellen geen antwoordt. Pas nadat ik hier een slechte review had geplaatst , binnen 1 minuut een reactie op mn mail. Allemaal mooie verhalen waarom de bestelling maar niet kwam. Uiteindelijk zou ik 50% korting krijgen als ik de review zou verwijderen. Dus verwijderd maar ook weer geen reacties gekregen op mijn laatste mail.... zodoende deze review terug en op zoek naar een shop die zijn zaken wel voor elkaar heeft
Hayabusa bokshandschoenen besteld omdat de site aangaf dat ze op voorraad waren. Na een paar dagen mail gestuurd met vraag waar de bestelling blijft, géén reactie. Paar dagen later gebeld en ze zouden binnen 2 dagen binnen zijn en verstuurd worden, dus niet. Na een week weer gebeld en ook toen weer de belofte dat ze binnen 2 dagen verstuurd zouden worden. Voor het wachten zou hij er bandages bij doen, zei hij. Nu 5 dagen later komen de handschoenen eindelijk binnen. Helaas zonder de beloofde bandages. Het gaat mij echt niet om de bandages maar qua communicatie valt er nog een hoop te verbeteren.

8 days (!!!) after the placement of the order, the item is still awaiting shipment. I called them yesterday, they informed me that the items will be shipped. After 24 hours, the items still await shipment. P.S. After a discussion on the phone, the shop finally sent the parcel with an extra gift. Therefore, I will update my review and give it a good mark.
Ich habe eine Sporttasche bestellt. Zuerst hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Bestellung war auch schnell da. Da die Tasche nicht ganz den angegebenen Maßen entsprach und daher zu klein war, musste ich diese zurücksenden. Seit über einem Monat habe ich keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per Email oder über das Kontaktformular habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

STAY AWAY! REALLY BAD COMPANY DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. FRAUD. YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY OR PRODUCTS. MISSING ca. 200 € I usually don't write reviews, but this store is a no go zone, and they putting out my name in another customers review, so just thinking about it makes you sick. The Company is trying to save there reputation by trash talking customers and they point out me in a random guys review. Obviously more people having trouble with this store and guy. I order som rash guards from the store and the when the package arrived it was broken and empty. These guys refused to send me the stuff or refund me. And said I should take it with the UPS starting to say that it wasn't their problem. He said "If the money comes form me our UPS is that a difference? Money is money ill think?" and "You can claim the money from UPS, so what is the problem?" After I told them it's up to the store to solve it for me, they refused to answer and i still haven't got any money or rash guards. So to sum it up, STAY AWAY, when problem occurs they will take your money and try to rip you off the money and say that it's not their problem.I think they never sent the products. As the other review I will claim it's a fraud company who's trying to get away with it. Just because I'm not local they don't think they need to care about the customer. So everyone specially International customer is not recommended to order from this scam company. I'm certain that they will try to reply this review with that they done everything etc. For all of you reading this review and consider to order from them don't they aint telling the truth. And they haven't replied any emails. EDIT. As i said, the shop is lying and trying to defraud their customer. I still haven't got any money back or products. 2 weeks has past, stay away from this company. Other customers have the same problem.
