The company took my order and my money, but I didn't receive the goods. The reason I'm giving a good review is that mistakes happen, but it is most important how they are sorted out. It was very well sorted out and I received the goods as soon as they were aware of the initial mistake.

Fast delivery and helpful when you are not sure of a product, I order various office furniture keys for Royal Mail and have never had a key that did not work
