Very quick response and although it took 2 days for my keys to come back to me, the service was excellent and most importantly very affordable. I got my car key remote fixed at ~40 pounds whereas most of the other key repair guys said they will have to replace and quotes me 300 pounds. Very happy with service.

Lost the keys to a set of office drawers so sent a picture of the lock with the numbers on the lock and they responded within 1 hour with the cost (£8 for 2 keys inc postage). I ordered and keys arrived 2 days later which worked perfectly. Amazing service that saved the £120++ cost of buying a new set of drawers.

I sent multiple photos of the lock from different angles and the staff was confident enough to provide the exact key for the lock so purchased two keys. The keys don’t even fit into the lock! It’s that bad! The staff did not even look at the photos I sent carefully and just blindly followed the number on the lock. Don’t even bother looking for the right key here, it’s a scam
