ゲーム発売日前に予約購入しておいたゲームのキーが発売日から2日経っても届きません。

They accept preorders even if there are not enough keys in stock. My preorder delays over 24 hours, and I am still waiting for it.

The custom service is mighty fine, Steve especially did a good job helping me. It's the fact that your site cant distribute pre-ordered key on release that left me a very poor experience

I have preorder dynasty warriors origins they don't have the key to me , it over 27 hours when the game was available. and I asked Support they just say "I am sorry for this problem. Our system is waiting for new keys to be uploaded by our publisher. Unfortunately, we don't have an estimate of when they will arrive at the moment. If you are not happy with this delay then please let us know and I will start a refund for you." not a good experience to me Should i waiting the key or lets refund ?

I don't speak English so I used a translator. I can neither get the CDKEY nor get a refund. Waste of my time. The holidays are not something that can be made up for with just five dollars.

Bought DW Origins the day before it was available. I appreciated the discount on a brand new game, but I dislike that they sold more games than they had keys and then did not give a definitive timeline on when they would get more keys. I was given a $5 coupon for my next order, but that doesn't feel very compelling. I've still yet to receive my key as of this review and don't believe I will be using the service again.

I don't have a steam key for a product i preordered. Very sad.

Likely not the company's fault for selling keys to a game they don't have enough of, but advertising more on your twitter for keys that they don't have any inventory of is false advertising. Unfortunate that they had issues delivering Dynasty Warriors Origin keys this time, usually they are fine.

Site tried to charge me 5 times for one purchase, code for game I purchased is late and still hasn't been received a day later. Usually a decent experience dealing with the site though

Absolutely horrible, this is my first purchase and I almost regret everything. Game was released yesterday and I still haven't received my key as of today and it seems it will take even longer. Apparently you already knew there wasn't enough keys before release and you still put the game up for sale. This is very frustrating and terrible experience.

Easy to choose and checkout quickly. I never used them before and usually it is a hassle to use new sites but this was fine.
