Great store, bought here a key for a game that I tried to buy for about a week from non-official stores such as Kinguin and Gamivo, where the keys were either used or unavailable in my region (but when buying it was written on the page that it is available). In the end I bought cheaper and from an official store. I recommend and advise you to buy only from stores like Fanatical.

Like others. I have preorder dynasty warriors origins and after 4 days I have not received a key. I was told by their support that they were waiting for keys from the publisher. If they didn't have any keys left, they should have stop selling as if they did. From what I have seen from other posts it seems days before my purchased people have not yet received keys as well. It is a waste of time for everyone. It is unfortunate because I have purchased more than a few keys from them and never had a problem. At very least I have been told I will receive a full refund.
