Why do birthday or sporadic discounts that are offered carry such a short expiry date? Have never used my discounts though have been sent many over the years. No mention of an expiry until you are in store ready to purchase.

Excellent Boxing Day sale. At collection time I appreciated not being sold items that were not of good quality. But I drove 30min to collect my purchase. I would have appreciated some form of communication about the items not being available. I would have cancelled my order. As the other items I bought were small and not my priority

I found the staff at Exoctic Botanic to be very friendly and eager to assist me with my order. I had an extensive list of plants and they were able to provide all of them except for a couple of rare plants (no-one else has been able to supply). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone seeking to landscape their garden.
