Ordered on 14th December & received on the 30th! Absolutely unacceptable.
My Oder took some time to be dispatched and arrived damaged. Been a customer many years and this is my first bad experience. Think things have changed since “E5P” changed to just “Everything “. Hopefully it will improve over time
Everything you get even though cheap is good quality
A few of my items were damaged. And the foundation was not the colour i ordered it looked very light on the website but was very dark when i recieved it .
Sometimes one can get something good and Sometimes what one get is not good

Fantastic! I had ordered the 50 items for £40, I had emailed to ask if it would be delivered before Christmas (ordered on the 14th) no reply, I waited until the day 6 (20th) and said that I had not received an email back to my previous email, I received an email on the 23rd apologising as the festive period they have less employees, and they will sort dispatch ASAP, to my surprise I received my order on Christmas eve! The products are great and I was so impressed that they managed to get it to me in time for Christmas! Very happy with the service.

Delivery was a little slow, but in fairness most post-black Friday deliveries were. I ordered makeup and the prices were excellent. Quality in products varies, some better than others - but overall I was happy with my order. In particular, the makeup brushes were an absolute bargain. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again

Orders sent in two separate parcels without informing me. One Item was missing from order, two faulty items in the order and no response to ro queries from customer service

The sizes were all wrong. Size 12 was more a size 8 so 3 of the items did not fit
Ordered some of the wow products as stocking fillers for my granddaughters. Easy to order and great discounts. Unfortunately it took a long time to dispatch my order and I needed to chase it a couple of times. I was then advised that they had been dispatched however it was days before Royal Mail were able to confirm that they had the items. Products finally received on 27th December so a couple of days too late for the intended use which was disappointing. Products were as expected so no complaints there.
My order has not arrived I've sent several emails to sales team and they have been ignored. Won't be buying again 😭
