Bad communication order status not changed for nearly a week containing christmas presents that I don't think will get here now
I got only apart of my order some items that came was not even what I ordered very disappointing

Sometimes it can be very hit & miss with sizing there have been on a number of occasions I have ordered what I thought was my right size only when received it would fit a barbie doll or the other extreme it's way to big and then some of the material is questionable.. but this is not all the time as I say on the odd occasion, and the other thing is when I have placed a order had some issue where have not received it after them saying it's been shipped & paid for but after a phone call everything was sorted
Products came as expected and I loved them but I noticed most of the items I.e clothes and shoes are only available in small sizes. Try to make the big sizes more available. Thanks
I recently ordered a pair of green sparkly court shoes for Christmas in the Black Friday sale and they are fab and cost £3.50!!! Also a pair of faux leather high waist black trousers for the same price that fit perfectly. Delighted and such a bargain!!!!

I’ve used this company for a quite a while never had any issues until now placed an order on the 14th December no update on it no response from customer service don’t put good offers on if you can’t process them
