All the stuffs I got from the store were quality and on cheap bargains & less than 5pounds. Company used to be good. Had many orders over the years. Rebranded, now its shocking. 2 weeks delivery. Faulty item, no reply to emails. Will never use again.

I ordered a pink longline cardigan. Unfortunately after the order had gone through, a week or so later, I had an email saying the order couldn't be completed. I emailed customer services and they said it was out of stock. I then went back and ordered the same cardigan in black and it arrived - took a while though! But I am happy with it and I'm wearing it right now. Thank you.
