My parcel was sent to a wrong postal address. Customers service team did respond to my emails. They sent me an email asking whether I would still prefer the items sent to me or a refund. I requested still sent to me and asked if I could have them by the weekend but received no further response or emails. Very disappointing

Superb quality items for amazing prices but you have to look and get them when they hit the online store as they sell out. Communication is great and postage is fair.
Timely delivery
I received my items within the expected delivery time, they were well-packaged and the items are of good quality, I can see myself wearing the clothes for a long time.

BE CAUTIOUS! I ordered before the cut off time for next day delivery. No updates given customer service sent rude evasive emails until I kicked up a fuss for long enough. Pathetic way to do business. I won’t be buying again.

I had to return one very flimsy dress,threadbare that won't even last 1 day wear, I won't even accept the dress if it was being given away for free postage cost more than the dress but sent it back to show how much irritated I was with the poor quality, poor material of the dress
