I placed my order on line and received an email almost immediately to confirm the order. I subsequently received an email to inform me the order was being dispatched and would be delivered the following day. All I can say is thank you for providing an efficient first class product and service.

Fantastic freshly roasted coffee. Purchased the espresso blends (beans) 1kg. Some of the best coffee we’ve had. Arrived really quickly which is so important for freshly roasted beans. Freshness is what you pay for compared to high street. We have used various other roasters who let us down with delayed delivery. We will definitely use EA again.

Prices have increased so I tried another roaster before I bought this. They were 40% cheaper (although it was a blend and I buy single origin from Ethical at the moment.) Coffee was described as medium but it was very dark and only tasted of roasting flavours which is not my preference. So I paid less money and then spent 3 weeks drinking coffee I don’t like. It’s good to try other roasters from time to time but not good to drink bad coffee for weeks. Ethical Addictions roast descriptions are accurate and the coffee is consistent. Not that easy to do it turns out! I’m now drinking great coffee again.

Great selection of products. Fast delivery. Good easily recyclable outer packaging; one pack of coffee had easily recyclable packaging the second, extremely disappointingly, was “recyclable” single use soft plastic!

Ian and the team know their beans. They source direct from farm and work with their farms and their producers. They have been instrumental in helping me set up speciality coffee business. THeir practical knowledge and support is simply superb, I could not have done it with out them.

Love this coffee! No nasties with the Swiss water method for decaffeinated. Tastes amazing.
