Order arrived in a timely manner but above all the taste was amazing. If I had one criticism I would love to see biodegradable bags. Did I mention the coffee was totally outstanding

I like my 'bean-to-cup' coffee and I like to know that the farmers who grow it are being fairly rewarded. As well as dealing direct and developing long term relationships with the growers, Ethical Addictions selects the beans, roasts (and blends) some great coffees, and then delivers by mail order without fault (probably around 10 orders over the past 3 to 4 years). Coffee with a clear conscience!

This review is long overdue. Beautiful, unique blended and single estate coffees from small Growers who care, and whose driving passion is the pursuit of The Best Bean. Sourced and roasted with passion by The Guys with real "rubber-hits-the-road" Ethics who care about the "whole" provenance of the Bean. Which means that they have sourced beans from unique sites (the French call this "Terroir") around the coffee growing world, build relationships with the growers and pay Ethical prices for those beans. I have bought mostly African beans (wholesale and for my personal use over the past 10 years), and keep coming back. At the moment the dense, luscious mocha riff from The Grizzly Bear blend gets me going first thing, and organic Machare beans from Kilimanjaro underpin the morning... Buy some. Make a difference, start exploring and stretch those coffee taste buds. They will be rewarded.

I have tried one of the EA coffees during a trip and was desperate to find out which brand was it. I'm Brazilian, I'm used to drinking good coffee since my teenage years and their coffee stood out. It is fresh like just grounded coffee, full of aromas, body, beautiful flavours. It's not just a regular coffee boasted with ethical principals, it is an amazing coffee with a responsible attitude. Well done Ethical Addictions!

Have been ordering coffee from Ethical Addictions since 2014 and have no reason to switch. Many more roasters are now selling online, but found EA back then when trying to source a single origin whole bean and they seemed to be one of the few who advertised an ethical business model and promoted fair trade. Ok they were a tad more expensive, but for a quality single origin Arabica (not Robusta) bean and my own conscience was very happy back then and still am 6 years later. Their single origin arabica whole beans are very good quality and have never experienced chaff or poor quality beans in any of the 1kg bags received over the period. Great new website with so much more than just the online ordering pages (unlike others) and orders are processed quickly and delivery is always prompt and beans are packaged suitably. My daily coffee hit seems all the more satisfying knowing what/whom I’m helping to support.

I'm so grateful to the friend who recommended Ethical Addictions coffee about 10 years ago. It's great to have discovered a company that produces ethical coffee, but also recognising the importance of good quality and flavour. Very efficient service too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Received our latest order a few days back. Swiss Water Decaf' still maintains its great taste with Cameroon & Machare our go-to for a caffeine boost!! Excellent coffee matched by a company that cares about their products and gives a personal service.

I've been buying their Machare beans for over 10 years and completely love this company and their coffee. I wanted ethically sourced coffee that delivered on flavour. They do this 100%. Great customer service and quick delivery too. I won't be buying any other coffee!
