I have had my few sessions for hydrafacial and resurfacing and both the treatments have been great so far. The staffs are welcoming and give you proper understanding and details of the treatment. Awaiting for more sessions and I have booked my laser hair removal as well with Este. Awesome experience and can see the improvement.

I bought the PRF package from Este. The first therapist I had wasn't the best, however this time around I had Irina. She was amazing! Explained the procedure really well, and answered my questions. She was very thorough and I felt she paid attention to detail and went the extra mile. From now on, she is the only therapist I will see for my PRF, and other treatments that I'm considering in the future. Very happy with the service so far. I would recommend Este, and especially Irina!

Hilary is a wonderful and a lovely therapist. She was friendly, and she put me at ease. My results were amazing however, at first I was very nervous but thanks to Hilary that made my time at Este run so smoothly.

Today I had my double laser hair session with dermal roller, I was served by a lady named Amelia at the desk, I was then taken through by a lovely lady named “Forough” ; as usual she always provides the best service, she used the dermal roller very effectively around the whole scalp, and gave a later head massage. I will definitely come back to get my hair service done and only from this lady as she always does a remarkable job as I always see effective results after her service.

My experience with Zahrah I’m so happy about the service and everything, I had a laser hair removal treatment. She was so good and helpful, I will definitely come back to her , she just care about the customer, she gives me tea and asked me if I need anything all the time!👌

I can only say that my experience has been very positive with Este Medical London. Shirin, Irina, Lulu and Paria have taken really good care of me and the PRF was performed beautifully by Irina without any pain . Shirin took care of me on the laser treatment. Everything was very smooth and very friendly from them. I would totally recommend them as a clinic just because of the great staff they have.

My aftercare service has been excellent at Este. Shirin, Melek, and Forough, Tannaz provided great care and attention during my 10 days appointments at the clinic. Always a pleasure visiting Este clinic London as they treat you like part of the family.

Paulina was amazing, right from the start very polite and attentive. She explained the full procedure to me very well, which was amazing in itself it was like a princess treatment! She even covered me with a blanket during the red light therapy! Beautiful inside and out! Highly recommend 🩵
