I had a mixed experience with the hair wash service at Este Medical. While at the Istanbul clinic, I felt the process was a little rushed, and the washing before transplant wasn’t up to the expected standard. Unfortunately, the clinician even came close to burning my scalp while using the hair dryer, which left me quite dissatisfied. However, my experience completely turned around when I returned to the UK and visited my local Este clinic. The care and service I received there were exceptional. A special mention goes to Shirin & Forough, who did an outstanding job with the hair wash and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about aftercare. She was thorough, attentive, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown at the UK clinic. I had laser and dermaroller treatment with Atousa It was good experience. She is very good in providing treatment.

I go there for microneedling/chemical peels (Leeds) for pigmentation from eczema and topical steroid withdrawal and it’s fading all thanks to Anna who is absolutely amazing I also had rhinoplasty done in turkey with Este medical after discussing it with Emre who was great at talking me through process and answering all my questions.
