Clinic has been amazing from initial consultation until today. professional / clean / staff are fabulous and tommy really makes us feel at home. treatment is for a 10 year old with alopeica so sensitive and its so easy and stress free thanks to the staff.

I came for my first consultation at Este Medical in Bristol in February 2024. From day 1 it’s just been such a great and efficient experience. I am now almost a year on from weekly laser hair regrowth treatments, hair transplant surgery in Turkey (organised by Este in Bristol) and follow up PRP treatments in Bristol. The results have been amazing and I cannot recommend the Bristol Este team more highly. Special shoutout to Tarek, Tommy and Rene who have been brilliant and so efficient in all they do!

I cannot recommend this place enough. My daughter had 2 large bald patches and she was devastated! She was told by the hospital there was nothing they could do. After months of treatment her hair has now grown back at a fast rate! I cannot thank Este medical group Bristol enough. If anyone is going through this you should go and see them. They are fab and have changed my daughters life!

I brought my 17 year old granddaughter to the clinic in June 2024, she had developed alopecia which in some one so young was very distressing. Her initial consultation was extremely encouraging and we undertook to attend the clinic on a weekly basis. Her weekly treatments have been carried out by Tommy who from the very first meeting has put her at ease and constantly reassured her that things would improve. Now six months later she has beautiful, healthy regrowth. I will never be able to thank Tommy and all the wonderful staff at Este for all they have done for my granddaughter and the amazing results that have been achieved. I had such an amazing experience at este , the team is so professional and so polite and welcoming . Literally 10/10 for my experience! My therapist was absolutely delightful and I was made to feel so comfortable, and taken care of by my therapist. I’m honestly so happy and can’t wait to visit again.

My whole experience with Este medical has been brilliant from start to finish. The communication from the team has been perfect. In turkey for my surgery I was treated excellent and really looked after with a completely pain free process. Emre was extremely helpful. With my aftercare I have also been really well looked after by Forough in particular, she has been very friendly and helpful and made my experience very satisfying.

The best way to describe 'Este Medical Group' is professional and welcoming, all the staff I interacted were extremely friendly and caring. How they handled everything was easy and straightforward, I have no complaints at all about my time here. I had six sessions for laser hair removal with Rita who always ensured I was comfortable every session which were all completed seamlessly without any issues along with receiving amazing results, she was always a joy to be around and easy to chat to which made the sessions zoom past. Tess is such an amazing angel! Love getting treated by her. She always explains everything so clearly and takes her time to ensure I’m comfortable during every session. So polite, professional and patient. The clinic is wonderful and the results are noticeable from the first session onwards.

I’ve been receiving a non-invasive hair restoration treatment with Este Medical Group Bristol, for 4 months out of a 6 month programme, which includes red light therapy and PRF treatments. During consultation, Tarek was very helpful and informative of the programme, which set out my expectations for the next 6 months. Tommy and Renée have also provided great support and treatment throughout the programme, and have been available to answer any questions I have. The clinic is always clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Communicating with the clinic and arranging appointments has been very simple, and the staff are quick to respond via WhatsApp. I’ve noticed great progress so far in my hair restoration journey and I’m excited to see how the final results will show! I have since recommended Este Medical Group to my partner, who received anti-wrinkle injections, and had an equally great experience. I would definitely recommend Este Medical Group and intend to remain a client beyond my hair restoration journey!

I attend Este medical each week for my aftercare post hair transplant. Shireen and Melek have been amazing. They are always welcoming and assist you in the best way they can. I always ask if they are in when I do attend as they have made me feel very comfortable

Went in for my second Prf session and what an experience. Este medical just get things right and it gets better on every visit. Made to feel very welcome by the reception staff and then followed by the excellent service by the aesthetician. My appointment was with Esra and she is amazing. She explained the whole procedure in great detail and then carried out the treatment. She is very down to earth and an excellent aesthetician, a real asset for Este Medical. I look forward to my next appointment.
