Bath tub arrived broken in three places and base was cracked. Still trying to get a resolution. Would not do this again.
The tub is just incredible! The whole experience was easy. They kept me updated as to shipping and it was crated and padded, no problem. The unit is beautiful and it’s the star of our remodel!
Very knowledeable sales staff, Great product that is well designed and made. Our only complaint was with the shipping company who had poor tracking and took longer than they promised to deliver.
We received our tub on time and in good condition. It was packaged well and looks like a great quality tub. Can't wait to try it out.
