Well this is a honest review coming from someone that bought this product without properly reading reviews online. I was worried once I read review here. However, overall the anxiety dog bed (light grey, 100cm) I bought looks really good and my dog looks super comfortable in it. I got my order in 6 days via Evri to Manchester.

I got a Whale Bath Toy from them that was delivered within 5 days and it made my kid so happy!

Agree with Mr Watson - purchased 'fluff away' lint remover. Worked well once then stopped. Contacted them 3 times by email - no response. They have a UK address so should be contactable. Item cost 30 quid - cheap plastic, lightweight, poor operating instructions. Can get similar products on Amazon for a third of the price. Will check Trustpilot in future before new purchases! Will now bin it (that's all it's fit for)

Stay Clear of a company trading as Bloomartys.co.uk as they clearly a rip off Company based in Romania. I purchase a scratch repair pen which looked OK by found the spare tip not included and did not work. Their telephone number does not work and they are not responded to emails or their support line. Obviously posing as a UK company and should be reported and their web site taken down.

Have just received a supposed anxiety dog bed. It is Not anything like the real anxiety dog bed, just a white fluffy cheap and appalling substitute from China. Have demanded they collect and refund. I hope all the people who have commented have had a refund. I have threatened media coverage of this appalling firm, but maybe we should all do the same.I will give them a chance to reply first. Warning to all potential customers. I followed a link from YouTube to purchase an alarm clock with phone charger. The product is absolutely abysmal in quality and is far smaller than my phone. The support phone number does not work and I did not get a reply from the support email. PayPal support was absolutely useless and is an automated service which I had no experience of using before. The return postal address did not exo exist either and it is clear that this a foreign based company that has a UK registered website which most likely selling poor quality goods from China.

Advertised as a 'premium smart alarm clock & phone charger' @ £29.99, 'reduced from £69.99'. Their photo had a lovely clock with chrome legs and 6 buttons. The one I received is sold by Amazon £9.99, white legs, 4 buttons. Sent numerous messages. Completely ignored. Now know I've been scammed! Avoid!!

Received faulty item , no way you can return, don’t reply to emails or messages. So annoying, wish I’d read reviews before. Will report to my bank !

It’s been almost 1 month and no item!! Couldn’t leave no stars unfortunately!! Still haven’t received the item, no response from the emails sent and the number is not in use! Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing! I am now out of pocket

If I could leave a minus! No customer service contact when trying to return an item, I've tried 3 times. Resorted to sending it back to address on website and the POffice website says they refused to take the return! Will now be contacting Trading Standards. AVOID AVOID

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews before spending £20 on this crap, so called leather repair kit. Belatedly I warn all customers to avoid this outfit. Poor delivery and a gunk that does absolutely nothing. Outrageous.

Shocking company. Ordering a breast feeding pillow and it arrived with missing parts. I have emailed a few times to ask them to send out what is missing and have had no reply!! Too scared to return it as worried they wont refund me if they cant reply a simple email!Total scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered two dog beds. Not good quality and they are also too small. Have emailed 4 times with no response and have tried to call but says the phone is switched off. Absolute con.
