I bought an item for £24.99. It was delivered, at least, but is shoddy and faulty and the company has not responded to my complaint emailing support and the phone number plastered all over their Web site is not recognised. Do not go near them.

I purchased an anti bark collar, which wasn’t fit for purpose. As per the return policy I have emailed the company to obtain a return number (7 times) and have not received a response. I have no other option but to return without prior approval and contact my bank to report them. AVOID!

Tried to return unused item according to their instructions - no answer to emails to obtain return code - despite five emails there was no response at all, I chose to return item at my own expense and asked for signature at their end. I informed them of return and demanded a full refund — nothing! They have cost me £ 48 it’s nothing but a scam company. Do not use them. I’d like my money back but not sure it’ll happen. Any advice?

Item ordered 27th August. All I have received is a confirmation of my order. Emailed to cancel as it was taking so long. Email ignored. Money not refunded

Ordered from this company had a query phoned( number not recognised), emailed several times they did bot have the decency to reply. Sounds to me like a cowboy company

I received a dashboard mobile phone holder from this company, which unfortunately did not fit my vehicle's dashboard (I must have been one of the unlucky 5% that were incompatible). No problem so I emailed for a returns number/label (as download link on website did not work) and had no response. I've now emailed 3 times with no response. I ended up sending the product back to their address- no response, no refund. My advice: do not shop with this company, choose another one, there's plenty of other options out there.

This pen is SUPER COOL!!! My tweens are loving it! I actually am having fun with it too! I thought it is like a magical crayon!!! It is easy to use and you can create endless creations. You don't have to be an artist to use. You just have to have a great imagination! Has kept my daughters entertained for hours. So happy with the purchases. Bought one for each of my daughters. Would recommend to anyone.

I like that it doesn't hurt my ceramic pans. It also scrubs my cutting board really well. I like the covered dish it sets in so the counter never gets dirty. I recommend it.

I think it looks really unique and neat and has a lot of features for the price. The sound quality is pretty nice but the wireless charger sometimes has issues connecting to my phone well.

Easy to lock with the push of the button, average to unlock with use of key. Seems sturdy for the price. Nothing to fancy.

Installed this on the right side of the driver’s dash. Took two minutes to install, fits my iPhone XR fine and feels secure. Nice that I can charge without bending the cord or using a cup holder.

I was expecting any disaster to be honest but nothing of that sort - it actually DID WORK! I'm over the moon! Of course it is not a professional finish but for a self repair of a second hand car I got more than expected. You really have to look to see it. People genuinely did not notice unless I pointed it to them.

My dog paces all day. I bought a big big bed and even an ottoman. He would sit for a little while but immediately jump up if someone came in the room. I got home today and this bed arrived. He was pacing as usual, as soon as I called him over to sit, he gave it a try and is totally calm! He has been relaxed for over an hour!

I have tried a lot of phone holders and I had it for 4 weeks ,this one is by far the best one I have. The spring for putting on the dashboard phone in place is very tight . It holds well without needing to have anything sticky attached to the dashboard. This is a really good find and the price is great!

I needed something that I didn't have to carry while I walk the dog, that could also hold his treats. This is the perfect combination and works for everything I need. The pouch is large and holds a lot of treats which is awesome because I have a giant breed dog. For the price they're asking, I feel like this treat bag is a steal and a valuable tool that you'll use often.

My Shih Tzu’s absolutely love these beds. They sleep much better because they’re so very comfy that I wish I was sleeping on one too. Strong and easy to wash and dry. Love it. Thank you 😊
