I received a third of my money back from what I lost. It cost me 990E to get 2500. It also took 18 months. People to deal with are nice. The company were not fore coming in writing directly to the financial agencies responsible for retrieving funds.

Elizabeth, Joshua, Wesley and Brevin were all very helpful from the moment I contacted them. After we spoke I felt as if I had the right team behind me guiding me to a recovery, they helped me with every step and made sure that every time I broke down in tears they were there to show me my money is not gone and still recoverable. They worked for a total of 2 months and recovered all of my money in that timeframe. Luckily I had friends in the area in which they have offices and sent them to thank them personally for their help. Thank you very much for the help it really is life changing.

At start I was hesitant to call because I knew I didn’t fit the requirements. Nonetheless, Brevin took the time to listen to my story and to share some tips. He even suggested to keep him updated on how my story will end and on top of that offered to answer future questions I may have. This, to me, is customer service at it’s finest!

Major harassers. Won’t stop calling and emailing you once they have your contact information. After reading the reviews here, I have decided they were scammers too so I refuse to respond to any of their emails or calls. I even blocked their numbers as my phone system even thinks they are scammers. However they won’t stop calling for over a month now. Sometimes they leave no messages and sometimes they do. Please get a clue if someone b doesn’t answer you for over a month. Leave them alone!

This company promised the earth and Joshua told me to contact him anytime, he was never “available”. I was told a 99% chance of recovery. Their letters contained spelling and grammar mistakes and were not professional. I was told 2-8 weeks it was a year and still zero return after saying they are experts at this, saying it’s a process, excuses excuses, telling me this is how it works, Jonathan told me the ombudsman was not the final stage. Then Elizabeth says it is and was cold and rude and they have just dumped me now. Took my money and gave me the runaround. This is a scam ! This company is a scam ! I asked many times to speak to the Manager or CEO and constantly ignored and fobbed off.

I contacted Ellis and Burlington, whom I found on Google, because I suspected I was being scammed. Joshua Levinstein called me and gave me some very valuable advice. He was most friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Update as of 10/04/23. Do not touch this company, they are full of empty promises. They will reel you in and then drag on the proses until you have passed your contract period then sit on it without any progress. Eventually they will send you an email stating they tried to call you (no missed call on my end)!! and they are closing the case stating "At this point, we have exhausted all options available to us. The outcome, unfortunately, is beyond our control and is the result of the complex regulatory environment and the actions of other parties involved in the matter, such as banks and ombudsman". These people are giving clients false hopes with no intentions of helping, just taking advantage of the situation when you've already experienced fraud. KEEP CLEAR OF ELLIS & BURLINGTON, BREVIN, ELIZABETH SCHWARTS, JONATHAN LEBAHAR, STEFAN STOYANOV and all the rest. 19/04/22 I contacted Ellis and Burlington after falling victim to an online scammer. I was assured by a person called Brevin that because I had instantly acted by contacting them the day after the scam that the likelihood of getting all of my assets back within 10 days was plausible. 5 months on I still no result and very little contact. I was assigned a case manager called Elizabeth, I provided all information that I had and any extra information that she requested. A letter was formed by Elizabeth under my name to present to the Crypto Exchange. Elizabeth mentioned that we only had one shot at this and the letter had to be perfect. I read the letter and raised concern about an aspect of it only to be told "This letter is solely a draft. I will make sure to go over it and amend the incorrect details". I was later instructed to send the letter and raise a ticket with the exchange. Any correspondence I had with the exchange thereafter I forwarded straight to Elizabeth for her instructions. She did not get back to me with further instructions and therefore the Exchange closed the ticket. I'm very disappointed with the service that Ellis & Burlington have provided so far and when I send an email requesting them to telephone me to discuss the matter they simply brush it off with an email stating that "I will make sure to review this with my team and will get back to you shortly". If anything changes and there is a positive result to this matter I will update my review.
