Brilliantly fast delivery

Website no longer accepts paypal. Which made it quick and easy to pay and secure. New methods dont make it feel safe to pay. And are off putting. Also juices are brown when they used to be clear and taste horrible.like burnt sugar. I believe this to be because stock has gone off during the lockdown. Being kept in too warm conditions the sugar reacts with nicotine and spoils. All stars fruit salad and electromist spearmint. Are the only flavours i like and ive now wasted over £40 in juices i cannot use. From shops and online. I cannot fault the staff and always found them friendly and helpfull. And online ,was always delivered promptly. Sadly if no of these issues are addressed. I think electromist will lose a lot of customers

If the shop in Aldershot hadn't closed I would have had 4 for £10.00 with postage I nearly paid £20.00 shame ....

I mis ordered because I didn’t add discount code which I hadn’t found as an option. Electromist refunded me so that I could correctly re-order saving me over £11, excellent customer service in my opinion

Fast delivery

I have used Electromist a few times now, and the service is so slow. I have been waiting 4 days for my order to be dispatched, even after paying for express service, 4 days and still waiting. My husband says the product is good though (ice mint 3 liquid)

Went here today been using electromist for 2 years and now I will never go here again the knowledge about vapes and juice is near enough none existent and the girl who served me today was so rude ive never been served like anyone like her before I also brought a tank I left the shop and met my husband who said we had that size at home so I went to take it back still in original packaging and I had the receipt and she would not take it back I had left the shop with it for 30 seconds I think that is out of order it wasnt my fault they didn't have size I wanted dont bother going here go somewhere that actually knows about vapes and not children

Ordered from electromist twice during covid 19 and both orders have turned up within a few days of the order being placed and once the order is dispatched it comes the next day. Also had one of my vape juices leak, I believe this is when the post man tried to post it or in transit and electromist replaced it straight away. Would highly recommend ordering from this company. They are doing great with getting the orders to you straight away and have great customer service.
