I don’t have a problem with company or products. My only issue was with delivery time. This is not down to electro mist but Royal Mail and slow delivery times

I have ordered the product today and it was supposed to come in between 5 to 7 working days! FIRST THING IN THE MORNING IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED! I couldn't believe how fast they were!

Would like to say thank you to lady that helped me sort my vape out but was broke(brought from somewhere else) so helped pick another including free juices wish I'd gone here first time. Will definitely be using here in future for vape and juices friendly and helpful

Searched for nic shots came to this site and came across a deal for 20 for £10 so ordered 3 sets of that it took a while to come and they did reply when I messaged and said that they would send some more, turned out that it was just slung in a bag (60x10ml bottles) and the bag had split so royal mail held the parcel back so not they're fault, but when I opened the bag they weren't nic shots they were 30ish spearmint and then the rest were just random flavours, i don't vape spearmint and I wouldn't of ordered random flavours, so I went back on the site to start a refund, there isn't anything in the site so I contacted them and looked through Google history and the deal I clicked on then wasn't there Anymore and when I said refund they said I'll have to contact management and i haven't got any reply since and I have messaged back but still no reply, looks like im going to have to go through my bank. I have update they have replied as you can see saying they are looking into this but it's now 5 days since they said they would speak to management and, i just want my money back as it's not what I wanted the only reason I came in here is because they stopped answering my messages and emails next update 10.3.2022 order was badly packaged which caused delay it's not what I wanted and it seems they are ignoring my emails I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH ELECTROMIST AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THEM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

In December 2021, I ordered some e-liquid from this company, knowing that it was a busy time of year so not expecting it to be delivered instantly. By the second week of January 2022, I contacted them as I had not received it, wanting to check if everything was alright with my order. After several attempts at trying to get my order resolved, and two promises that my order had been sent out again (they hadn't), I requested a refund...and this is where my major issue with this company starts. At first, "the boss is on holiday" so they couldn't authorise the refund, then "the person who deals with this is on holiday too", finally topped off with "we can't find your order". Again, things happen, IT issues or plain human error, I get it. So I patiently waited a week for several people to get back from holiday, orders to be found, etc., only to be told they'd have to do a direct transfer to my bank account. Now I am sure anyone in my position would feel less than reassured that their bank details would be safe, particularly if they are requested by email (very insecure means of sending sensitive info) or by a phone call. I insisted that my refund be done via the means I had paid for them, Viva Wallet. Silence. I contacted Viva Wallet, as well as ShopTo (not really important), and although Viva Wallet couldn't help me with this matter, they did provide me with some info relating to refund requests and their payment system. So when was still met with silence from Electromist/Cargo Planned Displays, I contacted them to inform them that I would be requested a chargeback from my bank. A few hours later, I received an email from a new person, apologising that my refund had been dealt with by the wrong person(?) and that there had been errors. Then I was asked for my bank details again, the reason given that they had not yet received their codes and passwords from Viva Wallet - which, according to the info I had received from Viva Wallet, would have meant that they would have been unable to process any payments - meaning that the ONLY way to get a refund is to either email (big no-no) my bank details or call them. At this point, I had had enough and just went ahead with the chargeback scheme with my bank. I can only assume that this shocking customer service could only be explained by the fact that refunds on Viva Wallet comes with fees for the merchant/company, and that Electromist either wanted to fob me off long enough so that I would give up, or to provide bank details they had no right to ask for, as I had not paid via direct transfer, to avoid having to pay fees for their errors. I could be wrong, though, and this could all have been down to human error, a simple mistake or misunderstanding, but from all the email exchanges I kept, and the info received from Viva Wallet, I can't help but think that the above reason (fees) was why they thought this kind of behaviour was appropriate. I don't want an apology, or anything else, apart from sharing my experience with others.

Been a long time customer at the chelmsley wood store and the blonde woman in store is always very patient and polite whilst offering great customer service and making sure that I have all the products I need for my mod. Best vape store in Chelmsley wood by far 10/10 would recommend
