Jackie completed comprehensive pre course information gathering which enabled honest and open information sharing. Jackie's course content pushed the team enough to challenge them but not to overwhelm them. Jackie tailored the materials to tie in with our company values and goals which engaged our team and made the course content relatable to their roles. Jackie's training methods were well structured and inspiring. Great instructor highly recommend.

The directors and management think coming on board with Elas was one of the best decisions we have made as a company. Elas also do the payroll which is great and stress free.

I have to say that in over 25 years of working, this is the organisation I would least recommend. Beware the auto renewal clause and any attempt to tell you that they have served termination verbally. You will see that customer care (below) do get in touch - but only to tell you that they claim no knowledge of their agent having fulfilled his promise.

We began using ELAS 2 years ago following a period of growth and an increase in our workforce. We have found the team at ELAS to be very helpful, particularly Emma who has advised us on a number of issues to ensure we had acted correctly. We also use them as our Health and Safety advisers, they provide us with quarterly staff training specific to our business which we have found incredibly helpful. Our advisers Wayne and Sally Ann are very knowledgeable and provide an excellent service. I would definitely recommend the services of ELAS.

I initially contacted ELAS to come in to carry out our annual Health Surveillance. From the initial consultation to the booking and right up to the actual day ELAS really have ticked all of the boxes. The technician on the day, Paul Virtue, was both prompt in arrival and setting up and he managed to carry out all of the pre-arranged assessments with very little (if any) disruption to the day to day running of the business and will certainly be calling upon their services again.

We have dealt with ELAS regarding all our employment law advice / issues for a few years now & have been consistently impressed with the knowledge of their advisors and the additional software like Employsafe & ELAS self service which is included as the part of the package. We use this facility daily for all holiday requests submitted by our 120+ staff and to log all absences, disciplinary proceedures etc. and consider this aspect of the package a great asset to our Company. We would recommend ELAS to any company looking to invest in an employment law service as ELAS really do tick all the boxes for not only HR issues but Health & Safety, Occupational Health services etc. ELAS are also very competative on price, which doesn't take way the professionalism and personable approach of its staff. Overall a great company to deal with.

We have been using ELAS for all our Health & Safety requirements for the past three years and have renewed their services for a further 3 more. Yearly Safety and Fire audits, manual handling training etc - all at the click of a mouse or at the other end of the phone. The auditor is brilliant, Ken Forest, and assists us tremendously to make sure we are compliant. In addition, we now have signed up for their HR advices on an annual basis with a view to going forward for future years. They have always been accessible, with professional step by step advice that is reassuring and easy to follow. You have support as and when you need it, and can rely on it being correct. I would urge anyone looking for Health & Safety advices, Employment Law and HR support, to contact them immediately.

Decided to use ELAS to carry out a noise survey of our factory after being less than impressed with a previous company we had used. Can't recommend ELAS enough! Kevin came to site and was thorough, really knew his stuff and the subsequent report was detailed and yet easy to follow.

Following the retirement of our regular Occupational Health Practitioner I decided to give ELAS a chance. The whole process was easy to book, and the mobile unit was professionally fitted out and saved me from having to find a spare room to test in. Mark Potter was friendly and extremely professional and worked around the operational tempo of the business to achieve a common aim. I have recommended ELAS to our sister Ports and will use them again.

I have used ELAS for HR Support due to some very complex staffing issues. They guided me through the process and an agreeable solution was reached for all parties. Their Payroll service is excellent - a real time saver.

Do not use. Vultures profiting off of Mental ill Health. The Dr Crippen of Occupational Health. My employer referred me to ELAS occupational Health, as I was struggling with my mental Health and was having suicidal thoughts due to over-work. They gave me an appointment, and promised to email me confirmation. By the week of the appointment no email had arrived. I phoned the company to check that it was arranged, and thank god I did. They had moved the appointment but failed to notify me. I accepted the new appointment, and awaited the confirmation email. When it arrived it was not in the location agreed, but 15 miles away. I could not make that new appointment due to the distance, so I phoned up to cancel with 10 minutes of receiving their email. They then curtly told me that it was my fault, and my employer would be charged. I had wasted a valuable hour trying to sort this, while already over worked. They made it clear they accepted no part of the blame, despite their many failures they just kept saying it was a temporary systems failure), then proceeded to lecture me about how it was within their 2 hour travel time policy. I will not go to them for help. I have decided I would rather receive no help for my mental health issues than to be subjected to speaking with this company again.

ELAS have been supporting our organisation for just over a year and they are now our default solution for Health and Safety, ER advice & support as well as DBS processing. We are a growing organisation and I have been very impressed with ELAS's ability to deal with our differing needs and demands as operators in both England and Scotland. I find all the ELAS team helpful and personable and have no hesitation in recommending their services
