In a very competitive market place Elas manage a balance between cost, flexibility and service so much so we are now in our third year with them.

We have been clients of ELAS for 15 years now have been thankful for their support and guidance on a number of occasions through those years. We initially started with just HR and that brought us a great peace of mind having them look at our contracts and ensuring we are kept up to date with employment law issues. We now also use their Health and Safety Guidance. Overall we are very happy with the professional support we get from ELAS and would highly recommend them to all.

In the last 12 months we had a tribunal brought against us by a prior employee. we were represented by Mr Isherwood. He was professional at all times and gave us great advise and support during the whole case. Brilliant service and we use them throughout the year for the correct course of action to deal with our employees legally and fairly.

Horrible experience working with this company. Since Feb 2019, we have been writing to them to cancel our renewal and today received a call again for renewal in Feb 2020. Poor communications within this organisation. Credit department is threatening to take us to debt collection agency whereas we have provided in writing that we do not want to continue with their services. Today call was a proof that they still not cancelled our policy and will send us another debt letter. It feels like it will never resolved.

Western Brand Poultry NI This was our first time to use Elas. The service they provided while carrying out the audiometry / spirometry was excellent. Steven Hewitt was the technican on site and he carried out the testing in a professional and friendly manner. Feedack from our staff about Steven was very positive. We will use Elas services again.

Just thought we would share our experience with elas with you, My husband has been on long term sick because of an accident at work ,and is unfit to return to work having been absent from work almost. 9 months, We have been visited on two occasions by elas, one a lovely down to earth lady who was there occupational nurse, and also Dr Naresh, a lovely gentlemen ,both of these persons were extremely friendly ,professionals,put us at ease ,so if you are thinking of using this companies services ,or like us expecting a visit, please don’t hesitate to use there services.first class service.

We have worked with ELAS for a few years now after working with another company previously. We're very happy with the level of support we get. I particularly like having one consultant who gets to know you and your company. We work with Richard, Jordan, Corrina and Kevin mostly in the various aspects of HR and H &S. Queries are picked up really quickly and it feels like an extension of our own internal team. :)

This is the worst company we have had the misfortune to work with.

Excellent customer service. I can highly recommend them. Responds to queries in a very timely and efficient manner with clear and concise information. We have dealt with mainly Liam and Daxa who are most helpful and have great knowledge.

We have used ELAS for a number of years now for both employment law and health & safety during this time they have supported us tremendously. They are always there to help, walk/talk you through the process in a friendly yet professional manner, we do not consider them a contractor more of an integral part of our team. ELAS tests at Gilberts (Blackpool)Ltd) Regarding the recent audiometry/spirometry tests that took place here at Gilberts (Blackpool) Ltd, ELAS's tester ‘Helen Filer’ was absolutely superb to deal with. She was very efficient, professional, polite, tenacious and worked very well in conjunction with the two Gilberts Coordinators over the course of the two day visit…….. and got the whole job done brilliantly! Please pass this on as Gilberts ‘Customer Satisfaction’ rating being ’10 out of 10’.

Excellent customer service. We use Elas for our payroll & I can highly recommend them. The turnaround is always prompt & when I have had queries they have been answered in a very timely manner.
