Eden Mill St Andrews are distillers of Scottish gins and Single Malt whiskies. Their brand-new distillery is due to be come operational in early 2025 with the visitor centre opening its doors to the public a few months later.

WOW!!...Excellant customer service. I called them direct regarding a post I saw on Facebook on their web page as I had found the perfect gift for my father, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, she explained there was obviously no guarantee of delivery before christmas day, however she had a colleague who lived im the same town as myself & could deliver direct to my door ( now thats AMAZING) However I ordered on line & they watched out for my email coming through & they ensured my goods were dispatched the very next day & received well in time for xmas & this made my experience a stress free last minute shop! I would like to Thank this lady & for her to be recognised as she went above & beyond the call of duty. Many Thanks Eden Mill, the present was well received :)

Never received order due to horrendous courier. Now will have to wait another week before being able to be contacted by Eden mill due to their Christmas holiday period.
Ordered a bottle to be sent to a family member on the 19th hoped it would arrive on time or just after Christmas. No tracking, No despatch notice, I assume it’s still sitting in there warehouse. Have emailed their ‘hello@‘ email address to get an out of office response, yet they can still send marketing emails.

Simple process to order online, got prompt notification of confirmation and product was delivered on time...three separate orders all delivered before Christmas.
Awful! Ordered 17th Dec and still not arrived on 28th Dec! It said delivery within 2-3 working days. Frustratingly no phone number to contact direct so sent email via their website on 22nd Dec and still no reply. I’ve been charged for an £85 bottle of whisky which I don’t have… Please can you contact and resolve ASAP?

I didn't think my order was going to arrive till January and so bought Christmas presents for everyone. So a bit taken aback when order arrived on the 23rd!
