Eden Mill St Andrews are distillers of Scottish gins and Single Malt whiskies. Their brand-new distillery is due to be come operational in early 2025 with the visitor centre opening its doors to the public a few months later.

I have ordered several times online and love the products, ordering is easy and delivery is never a problem. My latest purchase was the 'cocktail' ready mixed cans and I am hooked, the Hop Gin and Watermelon is so refreshing and my favourite. I received a call from a lovely girl who explained that one of the items I ordered (mixed selection) had a short 'best before' date and she asked if I would like to choose something else, or wait for availabiliy of the specific item with a better date. Thanks for great customer service Eden Mill 👏
On this occasion, slightly disappointing. Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 working days, but took over two weeks to arrive. Glad it wasn't needed for a gift. Products are great though.

I paid for three bottles of whisky early in April for two birthdays and we missed both as the delivery day was put back three times I don’t think I will be using them again
I visited Eden Mill Silverburn, and later noticed I had been charged twice for my purchase. There is no way of contacting the retail store in Silverburn therefore I e mailed the company twice about this matter and had no reply. Pretty shop but disappointed with their lack of support so due to this I won't be purchasing from them in the future.

The best non-alcoholic gin drink I've come across!! Prefer the Love version to the original, but that's just me. Highly recommend!!

Finally received my bottle of fusion whisky a full month after the money was taken from my bank , am I to take it that the supply issues you referred to as being the reason for the hold-up are to do with the Australian Oak box it was to be presented in …….. disappointed !
Really disappointed ordered the Celtic gin for a special birthday still havnt received it. The delivery date has been put back twice. Birthday was 18th April. Due to be dispatched week beginning 2nd May up till now. Poor show! Took the money at the time of ordering!

Ordered on the 10th of April but still have not received my item yet even though it states delivery is 2-3 working days. I have asked for an update but still waiting on a response UPDATE: I received communication to say there was stock issue. Don't see why that wasn't communicated at the start but anyway I eventually received it on the 30th of April.
