On the most expensive types of timber I ordered, there were a good many splits running the length, seems such a shame as it costly, and you can't return easily, they need to ask the question would they buy it, answer is obviously NO

On time and good quality
Delivery was very quick all be it a poor experience with the courier who just left all the materials outside our neighbours garage and didn’t inform us that he had delivered. This has been raised with Edecks who have confirmed that they will raise the issue with their courier company to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I’m impressed that Edecks have taken feedback onboard. Materials purchased have been used to build a low picket fence which has today been completed and looks great. I would use them again for future projects.
