Quick delivery, great fitment and great price

EBC Yellow Stuff are my "go to" pads, my E39 was needing some extra bite over the factory pads and Yellow Stuff have been great over 40,000 miles. Used with new Brembo disks, they have excellent bite from cold, I have not found them noisy at all and I can honestly say, for me, I no longer want a "big brake" kit.

10 months after the date of purchase they are bend.

J'ai acheté un kit PD13KF060. J'ai parcouru environ 15 000 kilomètres et ma voiture vibre très fortement en cas de freinage brusque depuis plusieurs semaines. Après avoir pris rendez-vous avec mon mécanicien, il m'annonce que mes disques sont voilés. Tres déçu de la philosophie de cette société qui n'accepte de faire marcher la garantie que si l'on est capable de fournir un "runout test" lors du montage. Sinon pas de garantie. Pourtant il n'est jamais fait mention de cette demande lors de la vente, et cette société ne reconnait pas le fait que les disques peuvent se voiler lors de l'usage, après quelques mois, comme cela arrive souvent... Pas sérieux et pas professionnel du tout. Et pourtant j'ai été client pendant des années mais maintenant je vais aller chez un concurrent. A bon entendeur... I bought a PD13KF060 kit. I have driven about 15,000 kilometers and my car has been vibrating very strongly under heavy braking for a few weeks. After making an appointment with my mechanic, he tells me that my discs are veiled. Very disappointed with the philosophy of this company which only accepts to operate its warranty if we are able to provide a "runout test" during assembly. Otherwise no guarantee. However, this request is never mentioned during the sale, and this company does not recognize the fact that the discs can become warped during use, after a few months, as often happens ... Not serious and unprofessional at all. And yet I have been a customer for years, but now I'm going to go to a competitor.

Really fast delivery but their pre-sales customer service is a bit of a let-down. On 3 separate occasions I rang to ask when they would have a particular brakes kit back in stock, and on each occasion they promised to check and call me back - but they never did. In the end I had to resort to checking the website every day until it showed they had stock.

Next day delivery for performance brakes...... end of story. Top job to all it takes to make this happen. Keep this going and you will be successful 😊👍👌

Advertise products as “in stock” when really they are not. Stated next day delivery, waited week and a half then contacted them to be told they would “hopefully” be only 3 to 4 weeks away! Offered a substitute product that was in stock only to be sent out on a swap delivery so couldn’t take delivery as I hadn’t received anything to return. Another week later and still no delivery wouldn’t give tracking information until I had sent 4 emails asking for it. Utter shambles, extremely poor communication.

I bought disc and pads under one year ago I have juddering under braking I contact EBC customer service and they told me that my car was defect. They are rude they put the phone down on your face they talk to you like u r nothing.For such A big company They do have very poor customer service if u buy EBC brakes you’re throwing money down the drain if goes wrong avoid
