in 2018 they sent me the wrong brakes discs kit (300€) without any answer and any refund

Better to get them from somewhere else or you’ll be waiting for ages. You’ll get emails to tell you that it’ll be delivered by 11am and then nothing. Hopeless….

Didn’t put the paddle to the metal just yet, so I stick to the store review for now: bought my new brake pads here and EBC Brake Shop UK (because the EU store didn’t had them) sent them to me in Germany, no hassle, nice contact and super fast shipping. The initial contact, advice and customer service was very good. Receiving this 'how did we do' email before the goods have been received, not so good, and the salutation 'Hi Customer' is very poor when you have all of my contact details. Lastly, the part required has been out of stock for far too long, better stock management required. If it wasn't for the great products, I'd go elsewhere.

First time I’ve used EBCbrakes decided to change discs and pads to low dust , ordered and paid for a. Complete package for my Honda Civic which worked out cheaper than buying individual parts checked with there technical dept to make sure everything was correct , they came the next day had them fitted by a Honda technician and I’m impressed with the quality of the parts , well pleased with the result , would recommend this brake supply company and the products ..

Ordered brakes from them on a Sunday so was expecting them on Tuesday as it’s next working day delivery. The kit was showing in stock and had no issues. It then got to Thursday and still hadn’t received so I phoned them up and they told me they would get back to me, then over a day later they came back saying the kit was out of stock and that they can swap me over to another kit for £10.90 as that was the price difference, they agreed to wave this charge. I was told I would receive my new kit on the Tuesday, 9 days after my initial order. Tuesday came and I phoned them back up as my order had still not been dispatched, the new kit that they said I would 100% receive on Tuesday is also now out of stock. I was also not told the new kit was out of stock and had to phone them up. I feel like I’m literally getting no where with a kit I’ve already payed for. Would not recommend and I won’t be ordering anything from here again due to the lack of communication through this process.

This is the first time EBC has not received 5 stars from me .Issue was :- ordered Mon 2nd Aug system stated del on Tues 3rd , no show, so phoned to be told one of the sets was wrong from factory but would definitely be del Wed 4th , no show so phoned again to be told Tues del from factory fell very short of items .The only way I was aware of problem was no despatch notification? perhaps an E mail to customer of problems could help ,I finally received them Thurs 5th with the help of Emily who kept me fully informed through Wed afternoon of developments (thanks Emily)

The part was in stock when i dobthe checkout, and after, i receive an email who say that my command was delayed about 15 days, cause the part ils n'ont in stock

Ordered pads and discs on website which were supposedly in stock and payment immediately taken. Got order confirmation and than an email a day later saying the order was being processed. Then NOTHING! Had to make an enquiry and got an email back saying they would look into it. Then at the end of the week and nearly a week after placing an order got an email saying that they were out of stock and would have to be manufactured which would be 4 weeks till delivery. Take your money for something supposedly in stock and then have to wait with bad communication. Never again.

Ordered a set of yellow stuff brake pads, the fitment was perfect. No squeaks what so ever, much better stopping power than oem. 10/10 will be fitting again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant ordering was quick and easy the shipping was really quick too The pads are also brilliant and far better then any other pad I’ve used I’ve only probably done around 100 miles on them so they are not properly bedded in but can already feel the difference and can feel them biting well and strong as soon as I apply the brakes will be buying ebc brakes from now on

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the product EBC brakes for Honda Prelude. I installed them 3 months ago and since then they still vibrate when braking. Immediately after mounting, they vibrated very strongly. Over time they seem to have settled down but after 3 months and over 1500 km (including a 600 km long road in the country) they are still vibrating. I know that it is specified that they have to sit down but after the kilometers they had to be ok. I consider replacing them with locally purchased products at less than half the price. I would like to believe that I was unlucky but I can't afford another EBC set. I mention that the geometry and suspension of the car is ok. Just reviewed.
