Had a few local gas engineers around to give me a quote to change heat only boiler to combi. Prices quoted were expensive so looked online and found Eazy Heat who's price was competitive against other online company's. Agreed a fitment date and all went to plan. Craig was very friendly and did a great job of fitting the new boiler.

I had my boiler fitted last week from Craig from the first conversation I had with him I had total confidence because of his knowledge and professionalism he arrived and did an absolutely first class job and was very informative and his installation was very neat and tidy Craig even went to the effort to help me out to put the app in my phone so I could use the boiler from my phone thank you so much for your installation and professionalism anyone looking for a boiler this is the company and Craig thank you again

I cannot praise this company enough. Our boiler gave up on Tuesday (it would happen at the coldest time of year) we searched online and Eazy heat came up on our searches, we had a price online and booked our new boiler, still a bit dubious at this point. We had a phone call from James and he explained the process and asked for a few photos of our current boiler. The installation was booked with Carl and Dan and they turned up at 9am the next day. By around 3.30 we had heating and hot water again. Hurrah! Everything was cleaned up and they explained how the new controls worked (thanks for your patience, we’re not tech people) Today we had a follow up call from the office to check all went well and they explained about the warranty etc. Very well done, two extremely happy customers. We chose Eazy heat because they were the FIRST to get back to us.Craig came in the evening and said if we could have it installed by Thursday he could do a good deal.He was extremely pleasant and honest .He started on the day as promised and was so respectful of our house(new carpets etc). We didn't hear him he was so professional and such a clean worker couldn't fault him at all. Explained throughout what was happening.left the house immaculate and showed us how things worked.Always smiling!

Choosing Eazy Heat it would seem was one of my better decisions, right from the initial phone call they were knowledgeable and professional. Our boiler finally gave up on us in January, we had a number of quotes and after sitting through two full hours of talks with some prior companies it was refreshing when Craig came and simplified the whole process. He explained what would be needed, the benefits of each system and rather than pushing us towards a certain manufacturer he simply guided us and showed us online which ones were getting the best customer feedback. We felt very at ease and relieved after some of the pushy companies we’d had prior. We decided to go ahead after we received an email quote later that afternoon, on the day of our new boiler we were immediately put at ease by the engineers taking quite some time to protect all the carpets with some sticky back plastic and explaining exactly what would be happening and when.
